Labs & Facilities
The department of Computer Information Systems and Quantitative Methods maintains three state-of-the-art computer labs. These labs are located on the third floor of McCoy Hall and are open to all CIS majors.
MCOY 332 & 334 are the main labs used for teaching CIS courses. They are typically occupied with classroom teaching throughout the week from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
MCOY 336 is an open lab that is used for study, tutoring or make-up testing. Open Lab hours are scheduled each semester and are subject to the availability of the lab assistants and tutors. Tutors are available throughout the day to assist with your learning. Lab assistants are available during posted hours to assist you with any technical issues you may have.
Thursdays and Fridays usually are designated as quiet and/or testing days. Our online courses have testing and many of our other course professors conduct make-up exams on these days.
The lab is typically open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays.
